# apt-get install libxml2 libxml2-dev

configure: error: Cannot find OpenSSL's libraries

# apt-get install libssl-dev

и добавить опцию конфигурирования:

--with-libdir=/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu

# apt-get install libbz2-dev
