После установки плагина HitCounters https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:HitCounters - ошибка с базой:

Exception caught inside exception handler.
Set $wgShowExceptionDetails = true; at the bottom of LocalSettings.php to show detailed debugging information.

Решение - обновить базу mediawiki через скрипт maintenance/update.php

$ cd maintenance
$ php update.php
